We are excited to announce the theme for this year’s virtual conference is Refresh, Recharge and Reinvent. This then will bring some of the best and brightest minds to discuss and share best practices for receivables management in a post-Pandemic world.
Date: November 16th, 17th and 18th, 2021
We are excited to share insights about how the leadership at many organizations have learned, adapted and many cases grown to be more successful through these trying times.
Last year’s inaugural online event was a massive hit, with fantastic attendance, engaged speakers and many chances for people to connect and discuss topics that are on our member’s minds. Our specific agenda will be published soon, and in the meantime, we encourage you to register for this event.
Mark Daprato - Conference Chair Person
From the Ontario
Minister of Government
and Consumer Services
On behalf of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, please accept my greetings as you kick off your annual conference. I also offer my very best wishes to everyone participating today.
My ministry and I commend the Receivables Management Association of Canada for your important work as the voice of credit grantors, debt buyers and sellers, and collection agencies across our great country. We value your expertise and dedication to helping ensure our economy — and its innumerable business sectors — weather the storm brought on by these challenging times.
As a ministry, we recognize the need for a steady hand to support Ontario’s accounts receivable professionals and organizations. You play a vital role in upholding the quality, stability, and standards for which our country’s financial industry is known. We look forward to continuing to collaborate with you to implement policies and regulations that help create jobs, foster growth, and protect consumers.
Congratulations on your achievements during the past year. I hope your 2021 conference is a great success!
The Honourable Ross Romano
