Mark Daprato - Conference Chair Person

Starting as Chief Marketing Officer and now, as Chief Commercial Officer at Canaccede Financial Group, Mark oversees revenue generation, agency and delinquency management, and marketing. Mark has over 25 years of experience in marketing, brand management, operational leadership and executive advisory roles. Most notably, he has held senior positions as Chief Marketing Officer and later, Executive Vice President, General Manager at SHOP.CA, Cara Operations, as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Rogers Wireless, Telus and led advertising development for numerous businesses at ad agencies, Taxi and Young & Rubicam. Mark has a BA (Hons) from Queen's University.

Blair Wettlaufer has worked in the credit and collections field for 25 years. He is the managing partner and COO for Kingston Data & Credit, and has trained over 300 collection agents, registered an agency under ISO 27001, and worked with a number of companies as a partner and advisor to help them build a better business. He has also tried to treat consumers who owe debt with respect and courtesy, helping to remove themselves from collections, and better their financial situation.

Kevin’s expertise lies in his customer solutions in data analytics, fraud, collections, consumer and commercial risk management.


Lindsay Kirk

Lindsay Kirk is a creditors' rights lawyer with 15+ years' experience. Lindsay is called to the Bar in Ontario and has appeared at all levels of court in the province. Lindsay is currently Associate Director, Legal Services with Canaccede Financial Group Ltd., a founding member of the RMA, having previously worked as a Bankruptcy and Insolvency and Commercial Litigation Lawyer for a mid-size firm. Lindsay manages internal and external legal programs across the country in various asset classes from unsecured loans to secured auto recovery efforts, and advocates on behalf of a variety of stakeholders in the marketplace.

Lindsay has been a board member of the RMA since 2018 and was elected as the first female President of the association in 2022.

Tony’s experience falls in all areas of the Receivable Management including Operations & Business Development. Tony’s innate ability to build high-performance teams, including his strategically selected executive management staff, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace. His pragmatic management style has been his greatest strength and can be characterized as an outside the box thinker who challenges the status quo. Winning is everything. Tony has been married for 25 years and is a father of 2.

Michael is Vice President, Sales & Business Development at LM Credit Inc. and FSI Financial.

Michael is responsible for the continued growth and development of our lending products and services throughout Canada. Michael has been in the Credit and Collections Industry since the mid 1990’s providing debt recovery products and services to various lenders. He has a vast array of experience and knowledge in business, sales, marketing, lending and Creditor’s Rights Law.

Michael has a passion for sales and enjoys networking, building relationships, sourcing new work, forming strategic alliances and business development. Michael works very closely with several large Banks and Financial Institutions, as well as companies that provide debt recovery services. He attends various Credit Associations and Conferences frequently and is also on the Board of Directors for the Credit Institute of Canada, Southwest Chapter.
