Starting as Chief Marketing Officer and now, as Chief Commercial Officer at Canaccede Financial Group, Mark oversees revenue generation, agency and delinquency management, and marketing. Mark has over 25 years of experience in marketing, brand management, operational leadership and executive advisory roles. Most notably, he has held senior positions as Chief Marketing Officer and later, Executive Vice President, General Manager at SHOP.CA, Cara Operations, as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Rogers Wireless, Telus and led advertising development for numerous businesses at ad agencies, Taxi and Young & Rubicam. Based in Quebec, the firm provides legal services right across Canada and employs lawyers licensed to practice in every province in the country.
He has experience on the boards of several institutions and currently is serving as a Member of the Board of the Shriners Hospital for Children where he is vice chair of Finance.

Notably, she has dedicated over 10 years to Rogers Communications, showcasing her commitment to the organization. In her current role, Sarah is tasked with the responsibility of overseeing 17 agency vendors, managing the intricate relationship and coast to coast performance between Heritage Shaw and Rogers Communications. Sarah continually demonstrates an innate aptitude for identifying opportunities to enhance performance and is consistently elevating KPI metrics to drive successful outcomes. Her skill set spans portfolio management, reporting analytics, and credit collections, and possesses general proficiencies in navigating the intricacies of the financial landscape. Lindsay Kirk - Past President
Lindsay Kirk is a creditors' rights lawyer with 15+ years' experience. Lindsay is called to the Bar in Ontario and has appeared at all levels of court in the province. Lindsay is currently Associate Director, Legal Services with Canaccede Financial Group Ltd., a founding member of the RMA, having previously worked as a Bankruptcy and Insolvency and Commercial Litigation Lawyer for a mid-size firm. Lindsay manages internal and external legal programs across the country in various asset classes from unsecured loans to secured auto recovery efforts, and advocates on behalf of a variety of stakeholders in the marketplace.
Lindsay has been a board member of the RMA since 2018 and was elected as the first female President of the association in 2022.

Blair Wettlaufer has worked in the credit and collections field for 25 years. He is the managing partner and COO for Kingston Data & Credit, and has trained over 300 collection agents, registered an agency under ISO 27001, and worked with a number of companies as a partner and advisor to help them build a better business. He has also tried to treat consumers who owe debt with respect and courtesy, helping to remove themselves from collections, and better their financial situation.
